These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tidelandadvisors.com (the “Site”), operated by Tideland Advisors LLC (“Tideland Advisors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No client relationship

If we sign an engagement agreement with you, that agreement governs the services we provide and controls over these Terms wherever the two conflict.
